Tribal Council Member Charles Lipscomb

Charles ("Chuck") Lipscomb is a member of the yak titʸu titʸu yak tiłhini Northern Chumash Tribe of the San Luis Obispo County and Region and serves on the Tribal Council and several special committees of the yak titʸu titʸu yak tiłhini Tribe.

Chuck is passionate about cultural preservation and language revitalization of the tiłhini language. Chuck works in intelligent transportation systems, networks and traffic operations. He lives with wife in Morgan Hill, California.
